My family loves milkshakes so we were so happy to team up with Johnny Rockets to celebrate “National Shake Month in September”. We came up with a Latin inspired milkshake recipe. It has two main ingredients that people my shy away from but are nutritious and delicious. They are, drum roll please!!!! brrrrrrrrrrrrrr……
Avocado and Cantaloupe !!!!!!

Time For The Recipe
1 ripe fresh Avocado 1 tsp of vanilla extract
1 cup cantaloupe chunks (about 1 slice) 2 tbs of sugar (if you want it sweeter)
1 cup (8 oz) milk, fat-free Whipped cream for garnish
1/2 cup of ice some pretty cups
Step 1 throw everything in a blender
Step 2 make sure everything is mixed well
Step 3 pour into pretty cups
Step 4 add whipped cream on top
Step 5 add a straw and enjoy
